Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation of the French privacy policy, which is the only legally binding version.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purposes
- SaaS name, punchline, logo, link — publication on the leaderboard. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept as long as the entry exists.
- Email address — account creation (magic-link login), delivery of the invitation code and service emails. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept as long as the account exists.
- Payment references (Stripe identifiers, amounts, dates) — managing purchases and subscriptions, accounting, fraud prevention. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Kept 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Outbound clicks — aggregate counter per leaderboard entry, without identifying the visitor. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Traffic counters — global view count and “online” visitors, measured through a random session identifier not linked to an identity, deleted after a few minutes. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Cookies and trackers
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. The only local storage used is strictly necessary for operation: the login session of registered accounts.
4. Processors
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing (banking data is never transmitted to top-saas.lol).
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU hosting).
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Write to contact@top-saas.lol — answer within one month at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Removing an entry
Removing an entry from the leaderboard (voluntarily, or automatically under the rules) withdraws its publication. Billing data is kept for the duration of legal obligations.
