Nature of the site
top-saas.lol is a satirical site. The leaderboard it publishes only reflects the referral activity of its participants (the number of signups generated through their invitation codes, weighted by the chosen plan). It constitutes neither an evaluation, nor a rating, nor a label, nor a recommendation of the listed products, and has no connection with any existing official or professional ranking.
No gambling
The leaderboard is entirely deterministic: points result exclusively from real signups made through invitation codes, with no draw, no randomness and no expectation of financial gain. The service does not fall within the scope of regulated gambling.
Intellectual property
The site's structure, texts, logo and graphic elements are the property of the publisher. The names, trademarks and logos of the SaaS listed on the leaderboard remain the exclusive property of their respective owners, who publish them under their own responsibility.
Reporting
Any unlawful content can be reported to contact@top-saas.lol. The publisher reserves the right to remove without notice any content contrary to the law or to the leaderboard rules.

Governing law
The site is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
