top-saas.lol

Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

top-saas.lol sells a visibility service: displaying the name, logo, punchline and link of a SaaS product on a public leaderboard, whose position depends on points accumulated through the invitation-code system described in the leaderboard rules.

2. What you are not buying

The leaderboard measures neither the quality, nor the performance, nor the reliability of the listed products. An entry's position exclusively reflects its referral activity. No position, no traffic volume and no commercial result is guaranteed.

3. Prices

Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of payment. The publisher may change them at any time for the future.

4. Deterministic system

The system involves no draw, no randomness and no expectation of winnings: it falls outside the scope of lotteries and betting under the French internal security code. Points result mechanically from signups made through the codes.

5. Payments are final

Payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable — including if your entry is later overtaken, purged (−50% weekly), or removed from the leaderboard under the destruction rule (a full month below 5 points) or the moderation rules.

6. Right of withdrawal

Services are delivered immediately after payment (entry on the leaderboard, code activation). By confirming payment, you request immediate performance and expressly waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French consumer code).

7. Subscriptions

8. Your obligations

You warrant that you have the right to publish the submitted name, logo and link, and that the linked site is lawful. The publisher may refuse or remove, without notice or refund, any content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or contrary to the leaderboard rules.

9. Secure payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. No banking data passes through or is stored on top-saas.lol.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability, of preservation of the leaderboard over time, or of traffic to the listed sites. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount actually paid over the last twelve months.

11. Governing law

French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
